Jeff is a San Diego Native and an integral member of Ardent Real Estate Service’s Bottrell Team, North San Diego County’s leading residential real estate organization. He is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, where he completed his Bachelor’s with Dean’s Honors in Psychology and Social Behavior and a Minor in Sociology.After graduation, he stepped into the Human Resources field at a world renowned Biological Research Institution in La Jolla, where he quickly excelled through the rankings. In mid-2002 he was observing the heat-up of the Real Estate market and felt the desire to explore the industry as a possible challenging and rewarding career path. In early 2003 he became licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and launched his career by teaming up with Southern California’s industry leader. Upon receiving her bachelors in Business Finance from the California State University of Fullerton she held several positions in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Stemming from her loving parents whom were a Navy Chief and Registered Nurse, Tracy lives her life with discipline and a passion for helping others.
Keneil Sasser was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Before joining the Real Estate profession, Keneil worked in Human Resources. Prior to that, he proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Jon Jones Is a San Diego Native with a background as a Firefighter Paramedic. Jon became involved in Real Estate in 2012 and his passion for home ownership continues to drive him forward today. Jonathan began working in real estate his last year of college where he obtained a BBA in Economics. He enjoys studying both the macro and micro level of economics as he finds this directly correlates to useful information that he can pass on to his clients. His other passions include anti-human trafficking campaigns such as A21 as well as supporting the veterans through the Wounded Warriors Homes Organization. For fun he enjoys hiking various mountain ranges and taking in the beautiful views Southern California has to offer.
Jaclyn was born and raised in the great state of California. She resides in North County, San Diego where she raises two children. She also attended California State University San Marcos and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with emphasis in Marketing. Jaclyn has a heart for being part of a major life events which led her to become a Certified Wedding and Event Planner and Real Estate Agent. This made her relate to others at all stages of life; from buying a first home, to dream home, through retirement living. Michael comes from a military family, as his father served proudly in Vietnam as a Major in the US Army as a flight surgeon. Originally born on the East Coast in Boston, Mass, Michael moved to San Diego in 1979. Growing up in a military family Mike has lived in San Diego his whole life, and now brings local expertise to his clients. He worked eight years as a mortgage banking manager and also served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Both experiences taught me the importance of going above and beyond. Since obtaining his license in 2006, he’s worked with both buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Real estate is his passion and he takes pride in helping others succeed, whether they are first-time home buyer or seasoned investor.
Kris is a San Diego native and a former Marine Corps Infantry Sergeant. He served our country in Iraq where he was wounded in combat while protecting his fellow Marines. For his selflessness and bravery Kris was awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star.
After the Marines Kris worked at Home Depot of Murrieta, CA while attending school as a photography major. Wile working at The Home Depot, Kris gained an immense amount of experience in home construction and repair, as well as sales and customer service skills. While attending college, Kris learned a valuable audio/video skills and photographic techniques that are vital in the world of marketing. His new missions is giving each and every client outstanding service and unparalleled support all while always being available to help. He believes in creating a stress and worry free experience.
Rozina has been a resident of North County, San Diego since 1982. After 20 years of working in customer facing roles, Rozina received her realtor license in 2006. Her passion for helping others and knowledge of the San Diego real estate market has made her a great asset to both buyers and sellers. Heather’s roots lie here in San Marcos. She’s lived here for all of her life and attends school full-time at California State University San Marcos, pursuing a degree in Business with emphasis on Marketing. She currently works full time as a Social Media Coordinator/ Marketing Assistant at The Bottrell Team and has been with the team for approximately two years. At 20 years of age, Heather has dove into the Real Estate world with the help of the Team’s leader and boss, Jim Bottrell. She’s learned the various techniques and skills that makes our Team stand out and applies it daily in her work. Heather brings the energy, positivity, and creativity that every Real Estate company needs. Her hobbies include fishing(which she’s very good at) and spending time with her Frenchie, Athena.
Christina has been in the real estate business & licensed for approximately 18 years as a real estate agent, real estate assistant, transaction coordinator & now the listing coordinator with the Bottrell Team. Christina was born and raised in the Los Angeles area however, now resides in San Diego County & absolutely loves it. She has raised 2 beautiful daughters, is hard working and has an extreme passion for cooking & music. Native Californian born in Los Angeles, Laurie obtained her CA real estate shortly graduating high school while studying drama and Psychology in college. She obtained her Brokers license in 2003 and has had 30+ years in Real Estate and Property Management. She’s had previous experience in managing 100+ multi-unit apartments, hotels, and timeshare properties as an onsite General Manager. She’s also had extensive sales experience having sold both commercial, residential, and timeshare properties. She relocated to Oceanside in 1992 to manage a hotel in Oceanside Harbor and fell in love with San Diego. Her passions include travel, writing, art, and music/ musical theatre.
