Jim applies his background as a contractor, a mortgage broker, and as a real estate investor daily in his business to help buyers and sellers make the best decisions. His degree in Finance helps us to teach our clients to understand the bigger picture of real estate, interest rates, and the reasons why they fluctuate – the bigger picture if you will.
